By accessing and using OC Maker, our AI-powered character creator and OC generator service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

OC Maker is an AI-powered character creation and generation service that allows users to create original characters (OCs) through text prompts. Our service uses advanced machine learning models to generate high-quality character designs and illustrations.

Each character generation costs 25 credits. Users can purchase credits or receive free monthly allocations as part of our service offering.

3. User Rights and Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all characters created using OC Maker. This includes the right to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your generated characters without any licensing fees or attribution requirements.

Generated content may be used for:

• Personal and commercial projects
• Games, comics, and other creative works
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Print and digital media

However, users are responsible for ensuring their prompts and generated content do not infringe on existing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use OC Maker for:

• Generating content that depicts real people without consent
• Creating harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to replicate our AI models
• Automated or bulk generation for resale purposes
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Credit System and Payments

OC Maker operates on a credit-based system. Each character generation costs 25 credits. Credits purchased through our platform are valid for 5 months from the date of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Available credit packages:

• 500 credits for $19.99
• 1,200 credits for $49.99
• 3,600 credits for $129.99

Once a payment is successfully processed, credits will be immediately added to your account. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

Free monthly credits may be provided as promotional offers. These credits are subject to different expiration terms which will be clearly communicated.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to maintain high availability, OC Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific generation results.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access
• Improve our AI models and generation quality
• Refuse service to users who violate these terms
